1. Assemble the Box Body
Step 1: Form the Box Shape
- Unfold the flat sheet until it forms a rectangular box shape.
- You should see:
- 4 flaps at the top
- 2 sets of flaps at the bottom
Step 2: Secure the Bottom
- Turn the box upside down.
- Fold the smallest bottom flap inward first.
- Push the second flap tightly against it.
- Hold both flaps firmly so they do not move.
- Carefully flip the box right-side up.
- Pull the side flaps upward until they align with the pre-made holes.
Step 3: Lock the Walls
- Find the short flaps at the top of the box.
- Bend them downward until they sit against the sides.
- Take one long side flap:
- Bend the end inward.
- Push it firmly downward toward the bottom of the box.
- The fit will be tight — this is intentional to maximize durability.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
Finished
Your box body is now fully assembled.

2. Assemble the Lid
The lid uses interlocking corners for extra strength and stable stacking.
Step 1: Shape the Lid
- Hold the lid by the two long sides.
- Bend both long sides inward along the pre-bent fold lines.
Step 2: Fold the Corner Tabs
- Locate the two small cardboard tabs (“outshoots”).
- Fold both tabs inward.
- Fold the short side upward and over the tabs.
- A small piece of cardboard should now sit flush with the lid.
Step 3: Lock the Sides
- While holding the tabs down, fold one long side downward.
- This locks the two sides into place.
- Repeat on the opposite long side.
Step 4: Final Check
- Repeat the folding process on the final side.
- Make sure all edges are secure, flat, and properly locked together.
Finished
Your lid is now fully assembled.
