At Little Star Storage, we know collectors are excited to receive their orders safely and quickly. We work hard to package every order with care and choose shipping methods that best fit the size, destination, and value of your shipment.
Order Processing
Order processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, conventions, preorder launches, holidays, and warehouse operations.
Processing times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, orders may no longer be canceled, modified, or combined.
Preorders
Preorder products are handled separately from standard in-stock items.
Estimated preorder ship dates are approximate and may change due to manufacturing schedules, production updates, shipping delays, customs processing, or demand fluctuations.
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, Little Star Storage reserves the right to ship items separately or hold shipment until all items are available.
Shipping Carriers
Little Star Storage uses multiple shipping carriers depending on package size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.

International customers are responsible for:

Little Star Storage is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, international regulations, or carrier disruptions.
Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import requirements before placing an order.
Shipping Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Little Star Storage is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Lost packages due to customer address errors
- Additional shipping charges caused by returned or rerouted packages
If an order is returned due to an invalid address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs before reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information is provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer and carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Customers are responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier
- Little Star Storage may assist with carrier claims when possible
- Assistance does not guarantee replacement, reimbursement, or refund
Carrier delivery confirmation may be considered proof of successful delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Little Star Storage within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Customers should:
- Keep all original packaging
- Take clear photos of the package and damaged items
- Provide order information when contacting support
We may request additional information to assist with shipping claims or replacements.
Wholesale and Large Orders
Signature confirmation may be required for large wholesale, bulk, or high value shipments.
Additional freight coordination or delivery arrangements may apply for larger commercial orders.
Shipping Delays
Little Star Storage is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather events
- Carrier interruptions
- Customs inspections
- Natural disasters
- Labor disruptions
- High order volume
- Convention schedules
- Events outside our control
